Indian group to set up schools on Nepali, Bangladeshi borders

The RSS, a Hindu nationalist group, plans to open as many as 40,000 schools along India's borders with Nepal and Bangladesh to counter what it sees as the growing influence of madrassas, or Islamic schools. Government officials say there is no evidence that madrassas have ties with Pakistan.
