California garlic farmers accuse China of dumping

A loophole in U.S. trade laws is enabling Chinese garlic producers to sell garlic in the U.S. below cost, according to some California farmers who have been forced to cut back production or fold up shop. Christopher Ranch, California's largest garlic producer, says its farm is shrinking 10% per year.
