Intel Corp. brings technology to health care

Intel Corp. says it is moving into health care with the development of computers that could help not only medical professionals but also consumers managing chronic conditions at home. The company expects to conduct large-scale field tests of the technology this year, while it also focuses on helping to establish new standards that could allow hospitals and clinics to more easily exchange information.
