Low-fat dairy products reduce hypertension risk in women

New research shows that women over age 45 who regularly eat low-fat dairy products are 11% less likely to develop high blood pressure over 10 years. The study of 29,000 women also found that calcium and vitamin D supplements did not have the same effect.
