Michelin chef: The wine matters

Two-star Michelin chef Gaeteno Trovato says nothing enhances a delicious meal more than wine, and he advises diners to sample a complementary wine whenever they order a dish. In his restaurant in Tuscany he has 600 different kinds of wine totaling 8,000 bottles. "A glass of wine can make a dish taste better," he says. "But it can also ruin everything if it's terrible."
