M&S sets new sustainability target

Marks & Spencer wants to be the greenest retailer in the world by 2015, and part of its plan is to choose more sustainable ingredients. The company's plan will build off of its original sustainability targets, developed in 2007. "It's therefore not just the right thing to do morally but also makes strong commercial sense," Chairman Stuart Rose said.
