Washington state's floating bridge sections to be dismantled

A Vancouver firm will dismantle old pieces of a Washington state floating bridge for use in a waterfront development in Canada. Work on dismantling the old Hood Canal bridge will start this month and last until May. The refurbished pontoons from the bridge will be used to hold up a public pier in a marina in Sidney.
