Obama backs provision to give states ACA flexibility by 2014

President Barack Obama on Monday said he supports the proposal to move from 2017 to 2014 -- the year when most provisions of the health care law would take effect -- the legislation that would give states flexibility to re-engineer their insurance offerings in a way that will not sacrifice the affordability and comprehensiveness of the Affordable Care Act or increase federal deficits.
