Ontario schools to teach students about managing money

A new financial literacy curriculum will be introduced for some students in Ontario beginning in September. The initiative, announced this week, will include lessons for students in grades 4 through 12 on how to manage money. One Toronto official said the current way schools teach financial literacy is "very ad hoc", and he hopes the lessons become part of schools' core curriculum.
