Man with EEE returns home after 18-month recovery

After contracting Eastern equine encephalitis in Massachusetts in August 2010, 45-year-old Jeff Fuller has recovered well enough to return home. The virus is transmitted by mosquitoes, and the Massachusetts Department of Public Health reports that, although infection is rare, some 60% of the state's cases have occurred in two counties.
