Remove triggers to reduce food-sensitivity symptoms, RD says

Food sensitivities vary by person, but eliminating an individual's food triggers from the diet can lead to at least a 50% reduction in symptoms within 10 days, registered dietitian Tracy Konoske says. She says food processing plays a role in sensitivities, and that once in the digestive system, food crosses over into the blood and can affect circulation and disease.
