UPS chief: Politicians must put America back to work

The onus is on America's political leaders to make the country more business-friendly, writes UPS CEO Scott Davis. That means fixing the budget, investing in new infrastructure, ensuring energy security and making free-trade deals a national priority. "The United States is the world's largest market, and business leaders want to expand in this country," Davis writes. "If our leaders can make the necessary decisions ... confidence will return to the private sector."
