U.S. Supreme Court won't hear carp case

The U.S. Supreme Court has declined to take up five states' appeal regarding further actions to prevent the spread of invasive carp species into the Great Lakes. The two species in question, bighead and silver carp, rapidly multiply and threaten other species.
