Buffalo Wild Wings is activating mobile-application users within its restaurants in a program related to the NCAA basketball tournament, writes Rimma Kats. Users playing a virtual basketball game Big Shot Challenge within their restaurants vie for $25 gift cards. "We continue to look for ways to interact and engage with them and right now, mobile is a great way of doing just that," says Buffalo Wild Wings' Kathy Benning.
