Russian meteor registered largest low-frequency sound wave

The low-frequency sound wave caused by a meteor that exploded over southwestern Russia was the largest ever detected by the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty Organization. The wave, at below the range of human hearing, was detected on nuclear test sensors from Greenland to Antarctica.
