W.Va. wind project moves closer to siting certificate

Beech Ridge Energy's proposed expansion of its wind farm in Greenbrier County, W.Va., moved one step closer to getting a siting certificate after the state Public Service Commission requested the company to prepare a proposed order. The PUC issued the ruling during a joint stipulation hearing for the $115 million, 33-turbine expansion project.
