Bernanke: Unemployment won't improve without more growth

Federal Reserve Board Chairman Ben Bernanke told Congress that the job market is "far from normal" and needs a stronger push from consumer demand and business production before it will improve. Bernanke said he's cautious about improving economic signs and noted that there are viable arguments that record-low interest rates should be even lower.
