Scammers find many ways to target restaurants

A man walked into a Denny's and said he was the new big boss and made himself a meal before being led away -- the latest high-profile example of an unusual restaurant scam. Other, often less-public and more-pricey examples abound, from TTI-phone scammers who place big orders with stolen credit cards to fraudsters who pose as health inspectors to gain access to customer data.
