"Hybrid" private schools bridge gap for home-schoolers

At least six private schools in the Atlanta area open only two days a week to hold classes for home-schooled students. The low-profile schools, whose tuition is less than half that of traditional private schools, offer parents relief from planning lessons and give students the opportunity to develop their social skills.
