Target revs up Hispanic marketing

Target is introducing itself and the concept of "cheap chic" to Hispanic TV audiences with its first Spanish-language ad campaign, which features spots from Ole, a New York-based independent agency. The retailer also is launching a modest Spanish-language Web site that links mostly to pages in English, but it plans to translate those portions of the site that prove most popular with Spanish-speaking audiences.
