Google takes steps to address click fraud problem

Under a new initiative to be announced today, Google will empower pay-per-click advertisers to prevent their ads from being displayed to rivals who they suspect are excessively clicking on them to run up their marketing budgets. Google clients also will be told how much money they are saving by stopping the click fraud.
