Kansas' Sebelius chosen to lead HHS, White House says

President Barack Obama is scheduled today to announce the nomination of Kansas Gov. Kathleen Sebelius as HHS secretary, a White House official said. The selection of Sebelius, who served as the state's insurance commissioner for almost 10 years, comes days before Obama holds a bipartisan meeting for lawmakers and policy officials to talk about ways to overhaul health care.
