Obama might consider forming health care board, budget chief says

President Barack Obama would be open to setting up a commission tasked with handling health care reform, depoliticizing the revamp by reducing some of Congress' decision-making powers, said Peter Orszag, director of the White House Office of Management and Budget. Obama is committed to enacting the overhaul this year and would push for another source of revenue should Congress oppose some of his proposals, Orszag said.
