Commentary: Reform plans for CDSs "full of loopholes"

Gretchen Morgenson of The New York Times explains how concerns about credit default swaps are mounting. Despite such concerns, CDSs have emerged from the global financial crisis and ensuing regulatory reform efforts relatively unscathed.
