House Republicans to offer resolution against EPA's GHG finding

House Minority Leader John Boehner, R-Ohio, will lead the unveiling of a formal resolution that would quash the Environmental Protection Agency's finding that greenhouse gases imperil human health and welfare. The resolution has 79 co-sponsors, according to House Republicans. "Congress has the right and the responsibility to nullify the decisions of the bureaucracy when they run counter to the people's interests," said Rep. Joe Barton, R-Texas.
