HP machines boast new Intel chips, touch-screen feature

Hewlett-Packard, banking on a big-enterprise laptop-refresh movement this year, has debuted two EliteBook machines featuring Intel Core i5 and i7 processors and 12.1-inch screens. But only one, the EliteBook 2740p, offers a touch-enabled convertible tablet. Hewlett-Packard is taking a conservative approach to touch functionality on business machines given that the feature hasn't been embraced as fast as in the consumer mobile PC space.
