Pregnant women are more vulnerable to H1N1 flu, study says

An Australian study confirmed that pregnant women -- and especially those with asthma, obesity or diabetes -- were more vulnerable to H1N1 flu. "This finding underscores the importance of education regarding recommendations for vaccination in pregnancy and the need for rapid testing and earlier use of antivirals in suspected influenza," the researchers said.
