Study: Travel illnesses hit men and women differently

Men are more likely to be treated for frostbite and insect-borne illnesses such as malaria when they travel, while women are more prone to acute diarrhea and other stomach ailments, a University of Zurich study says. Researchers say men also are more likely to catch sexually transmitted diseases.
