Survey: Girls in the UK read more difficult books than boys

Girls choose to read more challenging books than their male peers, according to a survey of students in the UK that contradicts a survey conducted two years ago that found that boys reach for harder books. The report also found that students with advanced reading abilities are not challenging themselves enough.
