Value of digital-coupon redemption tops paper

The digital-coupon sector is growing fast, and consumers now redeem 10 times more value from digital coupons than paper ones, according to a report from Coupons.com. Research shows that consumers are using search engines to find digital coupons, and Nielsen research named coupons/rewards as the fifth fastest-growing Internet category in 2009.
