Class embraces students' knowledge of technology

A Washington state high school is aiming to build students' interest and proficiency in technology. Students in the school's Generation Tech class trade pens and paper for blogs and student-response systems and using code to build a website as part of their final project. Several students in the class also serve as technology mentors, helping provide support and solve technology-related problems for staffers.
