Employers protest White House proposal for disability hiring

Employers are complaining about an Obama administration proposal to ask federal contractors to hire a certain number of disabled employees or risk having their contracts pulled. Employers say that it would be difficult to find qualified disabled people for some jobs and that they would have to contend with a federal law that prohibits employers from asking applicants whether they have disabilities.
