Interactive play educates students about nutrition

Students in an Ohio district recently learned about the importance of eating breakfast and nutrition through the interactive play, "The Amazing Food Detective." The program, by health care organization Kaiser Permanente, showed a recent group of students the effects of junk food and encouraged them to eat more fruits and vegetables. School officials say the school backs up the rhetoric by serving healthy morning snacks and sugar-free cereals.
