Wendy's embarks on ambitious brand makeover

Wendy's will launch a new ad campaign next month as the chain begins a rebranding effort that will include a sleek modern makeover for stores in key markets and a revamped menu focused more on premium burgers and less on low-priced value options. "The next three years are going to be most intense period of change in the history of the Wendy's brand," CEO Emil Brolick said Thursday.
