Celiac disease, IBD linked to migraine, study finds

A Columbia University study links celiac disease and inflammatory bowel disease with higher risk of migraine. Senior author Dr. Peter Green said the IBD connection was a surprise, and the findings suggest inflammation could play a role in headaches among patients with either condition, although it's also possible different mechanisms are involved.
