Skype boosts mental health care delivery

Skype, the online messaging and calling service, is changing psychology and psychiatry practice by allowing patients to easily consult with mental health specialists remotely, writes Dr. Keith Ablow, a Fox News contributor. Skype offers many advantages, Ablow says, including a wider choice of providers, greater eye contact during sessions and the ability for patients to reach out to their providers right when they experience depression and anxiety.
