Conn. AG bars Wal-Mart prescriptions for state coverage in Plan B flap

Connecticut's attorney general says the insurance plan for the state's employees and retirees should stop covering prescriptions from Wal-Mart Stores unless the company starts stocking emergency contraception pills. The state's comptroller says she plans to ask the attorney general whether state law requires Wal-Mart to provide the pill. A Wal-Mart spokesman says he could not yet say whether the retailer would change its policy in Connecticut.
