TAKS test in Texas could be changed

Some lawmakers in Texas want students to take 12 different exams instead of the single Texas Assessment of Knowledge and Skills test to graduate. State Rep. Rob Eissler, the Republican head of the House Public Education Committee, said revamping the exams would help prevent educators teaching to the test.
