For some states, jobs prevail over the environment

In some states such as Montana, legal action is on the table to ensure that the stimulus money helps create jobs and does not just help the environment. Other states are taking similar steps to promote jobs over environmental concerns. Utah is mulling over an offer to take nuclear waste in exchange for cash, while Kansas lawmakers are pushing for coal-fired power plants.
