Teacher first at school to be National Board Certified

A Keyser, W.Va., teacher has become the first teacher at her school to earn National Board Certification. Sheila Powell, who teaches business and computers at Keyser Primary-Middle School, said the application process reinforced her belief that she was holding her students to high standards.
