Official wants digital whiteboards for special-education classrooms

One Michigan superintendent is seeking interactive whiteboards for his district's special-education classrooms next year. "It's pretty cool and it's very interactive," Michael Dewey said. "The students with special needs will use this type of equipment as part of their instructional model." He hopes to fund the purchase with federal stimulus money.
