Simon Fuller -- the British impresario behind reality television shows such as "So You Think You Can Dance?" -- wants to create the first reality hit of the social-media age. His latest creation, "If I Can Dream," will combine weekly shows with a live round-the-clock webcast following five aspiring stars' quest for fame. It's hoped the dual format, along with an ongoing global audition that will allow viewers to compete to become cast members, will help the show win a social following. "The next frontier is the video world of authentic real-time interaction," Fuller says.
