Dietitians take aim at food myths for National Nutrition Month

March is National Nutrition Month, and dietitians asked to debunk common nutrition myths said they include the idea that all fats are bad, gluten-free products are healthy and losing weight means never indulging in favorite foods. Health practitioner Elise Museles says foods can be simultaneously natural, nutritious and delicious if they're mixed and prepared properly.
