Tools for educators to use to address nutrition in the classroom

National Nutrition Month is celebrated in March, and in this blog post, Matt Davis, editorial assistant at Edutopia, shares several resources to help teachers address nutrition in the classroom. Among the resources he suggests are The Science of Cooking from the San Francisco Exploratorium and the three-part lesson series provided by Science NetLinks. He also recommends Ed Tech Ideas, which provides a list of 14 nutrition sites for kids, and EatFit Resources produced by the University of California, Davis, for middle- and high-school students.
