Investigators review DOD counterintelligence agency

Investigators are reviewing contracts awarded by the Pentagon's Counterintelligence Field Activity agency. The review is part of the same investigation that led to Randy "Duke" Cunningham, R-Calif., pleading guilty to tax evasion and taking bribes. The agency, created in 2002, has spent more than $1 billion, mostly on outsourced services.
