Studies show associations between health, cognitive function

A survey of 26 large studies of older adults links health factors ranging from exercise and diabetes to high blood pressure with a person's cognitive function. The survey showed consistent findings in associations such as poorer cognitive function among those with high blood pressure and sharper cognitive skills among those who get regular exercise.
