Commentary: Widgets only work if part of larger marketing mix

With so many users becoming online multitaskers, a single widget won't do much to help a marketer stand out from the crowd, according to Ben Kunz, director of strategic planning for Mediassociates. "Widgets can be a useful extension of your brand, but only if included in a broader portfolio of Internet outreach," Kunz writes.
