Study shows black tea may help prevent diabetes

Scientists at Dundee University in Scotland released findings that show drinking black tea could help prevent Type 2 diabetes. Despite their belief that certain compounds in black tea can mimic insulin action, the researchers clarified that it was too early to consider black tea as a cure for diabetes.
