Study touts merits of teens eating breakfast

Researchers found that teenagers who regularly ate breakfast tend to weigh less, be more physically active and have a better overall diet than those who always skipped breakfast. The study focused on more than 2,200 adolescents in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area.
