U.S. says situation in Serbia has calmed down

Although the State Department is still cautioning Americans about traveling in Serbia, it has softened its Travel Warning for the Eastern European nation. "Since the large-scale demonstrations of February 21, the situation has calmed considerably with no further incidents of violence," the State Department said.
